Leadership

     Originally from Wilmington, Ohio, Pastor Bryson is a graduate of Wilmington HS. He attended Wilmington College, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
     God introduced him to his wife Chandra in 2003, and the Lord blessed them with four children: Graysen, Zaviar, Savaya, and Jalise.
     Pastor Bryson surrendered to the call of full-time ministry in the spring of 2013 after serving for 11 years with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
     In September 2013, Pastor Bryson joined the staff of Bible Baptist Church in Wilmington, Ohio as an Assistant Pastor.  
     He was ordained after completing the pastoral training program in April 2017, and then called by the Holy Spirit to establish Assurance Baptist Church Northmont in northern Montgomery County. Pastor Thompson also serves as the Chaplain for Cypress Pointe Health Campus in Englewood, Ohio.
     Chandra Thompson was saved at age 11 at Bible Baptist Church in Mt. Orab, Ohio. She attended Wilmington College graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and obtained a Master's degree in Human Services Development from the University of Dayton.  Chandra serves our church family through leading Ladies Bible Studies, Directing our nursery, teaching Sunday School, Ladies Events, as well as providing one-on-one Ladies Counseling.
 

Brandon and his wife Megan have served at ABC from the beginning.
Brandon serves as the Associate Pastor and is the Pastors right hand man.
He directs the Anchored Student Ministry and much more
Pastor Black also hosts Bible Studies at two local high schools: Northmont High School and Brookville High School.. 

Nancy serves as the administrative assistant and church secretary.
She has many rolls including church finances, administration, and much more!
